Thursday 9-9-10 Cocoa High School will arrive at 3:00pm. Teams will have walk through practice from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. Team will eat dinner at 7:30pm and lounge time is 9:00pm.
Friday 9-10-10
- Teams will have walk through practice from 12:00pm to 4:00pm ( all in state schools need to schedule walk through time with C&B National Sports Marketing Group)
- Teams (Cocoa, Miami Central, and Miramar High Schools will meet at there host hotel for dinner at 4:30pm to 6:00pm. Team will depart host hotel for Cocoa vs Abilene 7:30pm kickoff.
- Teams will be on their own after 9:00pm/Lounge Time.
Saturday 9-11-10 - Wake-up/Breakfast 6:30am to 8:30am (out of state schools)
- First Game at designated time of 11:00am.
- Hospitality Room will be available for all VIP throughout the day.
- After game lounge time/Depart.
Sunday 9-12-10 - Wake-up/Breakfast 6:30am to 7:30am.
- Departure 8:00am (out of state schools).
